I. BACKGROUND
The theme of this program is about culinary. It is interesting topic, because at this time people really curious about culinary thing. Trough this program, they will know a wide variety of food in Jakarta. Besides that, recently a lot of people spend their time when weekend is for searching the “location of special food”, because of that they are need, the information about “dining”, with this program people can add and know the reference for food and the location of special food in Jakarta.
The theme of this program is about culinary and the topic that we will share and discuss is about variety of food in Jakarta. We will visit several places in Jakarta which has a unique, famous, and special food. The places that we will visit are:
Rini’s Meatball Farmacy
For east of jakarta, we will visit Rawamangun. The location near tip top swalayan, in front of Gereja Christian Jawa (GKJ), there are so many food in their. In this area, the place usually crowded is Rini’s Meatball Farmacy because the taste of the meatballs unique different with another meatballs. In addition, this place take people interest especially pedestrian.
Baba Rafi’s Kebab
There's a lot kind of culinary spot on Tebet Utara Dalam. Such as, Bebek ginyo, Sushi Ya, Kebab Baba Rafi, Burger grill, De Johns Cafe, Comic Cafe, Roti Bakar Edi,etc. Kebab Baba Rafi is the most different in this area, because it's have much branch they were open among Indonesia. Kebab Baba Rafi is the one and only kebab from Indonesia.
Sate dan Sop Bang Mansyur
For East Jakarta, which is at Jl. Kp. Melayu Besar No.33 Tebet, South Jakarta. We will visit Sate dan Sop Bang Mansyur dining place. There’s a lot of culinary spot at Jl. Kp. Melayu Besar area, such as seafood, meatball, Indonesian traditional food and etc, but we chose sate dan sop bang Mansyur, because they have a good flavor and good meat textures. Besides that the location of sate dan sop kambing bang mansyur really strategies. Sate dan sop bang Mansyur dining place, is the usual path traveled by the workers, so there will be a lot of people visit this place after going out from work, and will be easy for us to get information and opinions directly from the visitors.
Nasi Bakar dan Iga Penyet Wangi Daun
There’s a various of food in Kampung Melayu besar area, which is in East Jakarta. Besides sate dan sop bang Mansyur and various of dining place, we choose Nasi Bakar dan Iga penyet. The reason why, we choose this place as our target because Nasi Bakar dan Iga penyet is the unique food. Nasi Bakar, is classified as a new food, so it will be interesting to try nasi bakar dan iga penyet. Then, nasi bakar also has the various and interesting topping inside. In addition, the ingredients contained in nasi bakar dan iga penyet are also very authentic from Indonesian spice.
Objectives/ the reasons we choose culinary theme
- To create awareness within viewers, mind that Jakarta still has an attractive dining place with a variety of delicious food and affordable prices.
- To inform audiences about the dining location in Jakarta.
- To inform audiences, how to choose the good food that can adequate health for their body.
II. TITLE OF THE PROGRAM:
“ICIP – ICIP”
The reason why, we chose “ICIP – ICIP” for our program title because it is interesting, memorable, listenable and also easy to say. In addition, if audiences hear about this title they will know and realize, that this show, which is “ICIP – ICIP” is the show that has culinary theme. In English ICIP – ICIP means test the food.

b) Age : 15 – 40 years old
c) Social Status : B and C1 Classes
d) Economic : middle class and lower middle class
e) Marital Status : All status (single, married and etc)
f) Occupation population : student of school, student of college, and employess ( Intermediate managerial, Professional, Supervisor or clerical.).
g) Lifestyle : For those who like to eat and want to always try to a variety of food.
h) Geographic : big cities and small towns that
existing throughout Indonesia

By watching this program, the audiences will know and find the location of variety foods on Jakarta. The audiences are targeted for those who like to eat and want to always try to a variety of food and also for a lot of people who spend their time when weekend is for
- TONE & STYLE:
Icip – Icip is an program entertainment that will shoot in informal way. The concept is the program will entertain audiences in Saturday Morning while they enjoy the weekend. Because of that ICIP – ICIP program can give the references about “culinary” for audiences, before they will spend their weekend with going to dining location.
- STRUCTURE:
Icip – Icip will have four segments in every episode. Four segments contain of four “dining location” video until the last. Firstly, chosen the location in East Jakarta, at Rawamangun. Secondly, chosen the location in South of Jakarta, at Kebab Baba Rafi. Thirdly chosen the location in East Jakarta, at Sate dan Sop Bang Mansyur. Fourth, chosen the Location East Jakarta, at Nasi Bakar dan Iga Penyet Wangi Daun. There are will be three hosts who are female and male. The reason why, because female more details when give the information and will be more appropriate and have emotional disclosure with the audiences. Because of that, audiences will be interest to trying the dining location what already give, after watch this program. It because emotional disclosure effect.
